Govt Simplifies 134 Regulations
Coordinating Minister of Economy, Darmin Nasution (Photo: Antara), Jakarta: Coordinating Minister of Economy, Darmin Nasution elaborated the 134 regulations from various ministries which have been processed and simplified.

"134 regulations comprised of 17 government regulations, 11 presidential regulation, two presidential instructions, 96 ministerial regulations and eight other regulations," Darmin said in a press conference in Halim Perdanakusuma, Jakarta, Friday (9/11/2015).

According to Darmin, the other regulations came from institutions, including Coordinating Ministry's instructions, especially from the Drugs and Food Supervisory Board (BPOM) and the Coordinating Board of Investments (BKPM).

"Entirely, if we want to simplify is similar as stated previously, considering the development and opening of investments, where in nature is more to the development of sectors, including the industry," he explained.

Also, continued Darmin, there are those in nature of trade and logistics, raw materials especially on the fishery, farm, maritime, forestry products and mining sectors.
